Emergency physicians are invited to submit a due process case for review and potential posting on the AAEM Remarkable Testimony/Actions website. These cases include actions taken against a physician’s medical staff privileges without affording the physician a fair hearing and other practice rights guaranteed by the medical staff bylaws Cases may be submitted via email at info@aaem.org. Submission should include:
- Your name and contact information.
- Hospital/institution concerning the due process case.
- A description of the due process case.
- Links or attachments to additional information about the due process case.
