AAEM24 will be held at the JW Marriott Austin. The hotel is located just steps from the best attractions and entertainment options Austin has to offer.

Room Rate: Standard Room – $309.00
Reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

Reservation Deadline: Friday, April 5, 2024
After the reservation deadline, guestrooms will be offered at the hotel’s prevailing rate which fluctuates regularly.

Government/Military Rates
The hotel will honor the government rate for any qualified guest. Guests booking at the government rate will be required to show a government ID upon check-in. Government rooms can be booked through various methods, including central reservations or the hotel directory. If a guest is being reimbursed by their government agency, they should verify their agency’s policies regarding proper booking channels for reimbursement purposes.

Parking
Onsite parking is $54 USD daily plus tax. Valet parking is $59 USD daily plus tax.

Cancellation
The hotel allows guests to cancel without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival. The hotel will charge guests for one (1) night’s room rate plus tax if they cancel within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled arrival date or fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date.
