Christopher Matek brings over 35 years of experience in emergency services as a paramedic, firefighter, leader, and educator. His career began in Harlem, where he worked in New York City for over 16 years before moving to the Chicago Fire Department and later to Minnesota. Christopher has held various roles throughout his career, advancing from EMT to paramedic to instructor and EMS Chief. His extensive background includes contributions to service, education, program development, and training across all levels of public safety.
